Executive and Personal Coaching

Anne’s class had a profoundly positive effect on my coaching. Since I had little experience in the corporate world, most of what Anne presented was new to me. I went from feeling quite ignorant of this world to feeling much better informed. As I coached people from varying work settings, I was much better attuned to issues of corporate culture, dealing with boards, how assessments are done in business settings, etc. Even in coaching relationships that would not fall into the category of “executive coaching,” my understanding of these issues made me a much better coach.
