The MentorCoach Training Programs uses a wide range of modalities, including
group instruction, hands-on coaching, supervised individual coaching and
virtual group facilitation. Uniquely designed to empower helping professionals to successfully
make the transition into masterful coaches, our Programs offer the structure
and support needed to build a viable, thriving coaching practice. MentorCoach
accepts only trained mental health practitioners.
In addition, some students choose to enroll in additional courses of study
based on their individual interests or needs.
This flagship training program, the MCP, stands alone and is intended
to be sufficient to support students in transitioning to both coaching
and into the MentorCoach community of clinician-coaches. For those graduates
wishing to go further, it also forms the foundation for all of our advanced
training and is a pre-requisite for all other courses. Enroll

THE MENTORCOACH COMMUNITY
For most MCP graduates, the greatest benefits are the friends and colleagues
we develop throughout the United States and Canada and, increasingly, internationally.
We believe that belonging to a community of clinician-coaches is vital
to building a successful coaching practice (and to having fun in the process!).
Of course, all community members agree to follow certain ethical norms
and guidelines in order to remain active in our community (e.g., no self-promotion
on certain list serves, no "flaming" of colleagues, etc.).
MCP graduates in good standing are joined in a vibrant virtual community
with 24-hour connection via unmoderated graduate-only list serves, a searchable
archive of all past posts, virtual support groups, local face-to-face groups
in an increasing number of cities, get-togethers at state and national
conferences, free super star interviews on our teleconference bridges,
the monthly MentorCoach News and MentorCoach Mall, and many virtual partnerships
as increasingly graduates work together to build creative, cutting-edge
coaching practices.
